PACIFIC NW BREAKFAST BITES
We had the opportunity to work with Seattle-based dried fruit pros, Simple and Crisp, to create this addictive recipe featuring some of our favorite Pacific Northwest ingredients: apples, hazelnuts, Marge Granola and Theo cacao nibs. And if we do say so ourselves: they are the perfect morning bite — combining crunchy apples, toasty granola, creamy tart granola and a sweet drizzle of local honey. Make a strong cup of coffee or your favorite tea blend and you’re good to go.

These breakfast bites are pretty enough to serve at your next brunch or shower, but easy enough to throw together on an average Wednesday morning should the urge strike. Fair warning: we suggest doubling the recipe. These will go quick.
